The attack on the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001 in New York shocked the world. Since then, independent experts have been trying to clarify the truth about the collapse of the Twin Towers. Now, 17 years after the attack, new evidence has emerged proving a blasting of the buildings. The material is so explosive that the competent public prosecutor's office is required by law to initiate investigations for the first time.

On September 11, 2001, the unbelievable happened. The World Trade Center in New York became the target of a terrorist attack. First, the buildings were hit by two planes and finally the WTC steel towers 1 and 2 collapsed. The WTC7 also collapsed - this building was not hit by any aircraft.

The official investigative report of the 9/11 Commission on the day's events in New York City is harshly criticized and questioned by numerous experts. Nearly 2000 architects joined forces and founded the organization: " Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth". They call for a new independent investigation of the 9/11 events - because in their view, things can not have happened as officially stated.

Now, 17 years after the devastating attack of thousands of Americans killed, the US Attorney's Office will take steps for the first time, which could lead to a full investigation of the events on September 11, 2001.

The 9/11 Attorney Committee and family members of the 9/11 victims request the US Attorney's Office to submit their extensive research to a special grand jury and to investigate and prosecute the unsolved events on September 11, 2001.

The 9/11 Lawyers' Committee, a nonprofit organization of public concern, announced in November that it had received a letter from the US Attorney for the Southern District of New York in response to the petitions of April 10, 2018 and July 30, 2018 has been received. In the petitions known as the "Amended Petition of the Lawyers' Committee", the US Attorney's Office is required by a special grand jury to provide ample evidence for the federal crimes not yet prosecuted in connection with the destruction of the World Trade Center Towers (WTC1, WTC2 and WTC7) on September 11, 2001. The US Attorney's office stated in the letter of November 7, 2018, to the Bar Association:

"We have received and reviewed the concerns of the 9/11 Lawyers Committee of April 10 and July 30, 2018. We will follow the provisions of [Law] 18 USC § 3332 as it relates to your concern. "

The prosecution's letter does not contain any information about the steps now being taken to comply with the solicitation by the Bar Committee, but Law 18 USC § 3332 clarifies what these steps involve.

The law states, among other things, "Any lawyer who receives information about a suspected crime from someone (Person X) must disclose that information to the grand jury when requested to do so by the person (Person X). The lawyer must also tell the jury, who gave him the information - what the lawyer did and recommended. "

This law also states that "It is the duty of each of these [special] grand juries - located in a judicial district - to investigate violations of the United States penal laws that are allegedly committed in that district are".

The letter from the US Attorney's Office was signed by Michael Ferrara and Ilan Graff, leaders of the Terrorism and International Narcotics Unit. On November 24, the attorney's committee thanked the prosecutor's office and pledged its full support to thoroughly investigate the crimes reported in the petitions.
Use of explosives proved

In addition to the original 52-page petition by the Bar Association on April 10, extensive evidence was provided that explosives were used in the destruction of the three WTC buildings.

This evidence included independent scientific laboratory analyzes of WTC dust samples demonstrating the presence of high-tech explosives and / or incendiary devices; numerous statements from first responders and those who speak of explosions in the WTC; Expert analysis of seismic evidence clearly indicating explosions in the WTC towers prior to their collapse on September 11; and expert analysis by architects, engineers, and scientists who have concluded that the rapid and symmetrical collapse - almost in freefall - of WTC towers on September 11 is the main feature of controlled demolition.

The lawyers' panel concluded in the petitions that explosive and incendiary devices pre-installed in the WTC were detonated from outside and that the detonation led to the complete collapse of the WTC Twin Towers and increased the tragic loss of life. Attorney and process leader Mick Harrison said:

"Our government's failure to carefully examine this disturbing evidence has eroded trust in our institutions. The Bar Committee considered it its duty to submit this evidence to the US Attorney's Office for submission to a special grand jury. "

Attorney David Meiswinkle, Chairman of the Board of Directors, said, "We have offered the US Attorney's Office to assist in presenting this evidence to a special grand jury. We have also requested that architects and engineers of the 9/11 Truth Movement provide us with expert assistance in the hope that our organizations will be invited to present a presentation of all relevant evidence to the special grand jury. "Attorney William Jacoby , Board member of the Bar, said:

"We call upon the public and the legal community to contact us to support our efforts in the grand jury trial and to monitor and ensure compliance with all procedures by the Department of Justice."

Managing Director and actor Edward Asner said, " The US Attorney's decision to comply with the grand jury statute on our petitions is an important step towards greater transparency and accountability in relation to the tragic events of September 11. "
